Points Will Be Awarded In The Divisions As Follows:
1D - Division (Fastest Time)
2D - Division ( 1/2 Second Split)
3D - Division ( 1 Second Split)
4D - Division ( 1 1/2 Second Split)
5D - Division ( 2 Second Split)
Points Will Be Awarded In Each Division Per Race As Follows
Regardless Of The Number Of Horses In Each Division:
1st - 10 points, 2nd - 9 points, 3rd - 8 points, 4th - 7 points, 5th - 6 points, 6th - 5 points, 7th - 4 points, 8th - 3 points, 9th - 2 points and 10th - 1 point
If there is a split in placings due to horses running duplicate times, points will be added and split
(example: two horses run a 15.952 and tie for 5th and 6th place points: 6 + 5 = 11 divided by 2 so each rider would earn 5 1/2 points)
A Rider May Earn Points In Every Division At Each Race
But Only One Time In Each Division Per Race
If a rider places more than once in the same division they will be awarded their HIGHEST point value and the other points will be awarded to the next person in line.
(example: Betty Barrel Racer is 1st and 4th in the 1D and 3rd in the 2D on her 3 runs made in a race. She would be awarded 10 pts in the 1D for her highest placing horse in that division and 8 points in the 2D. The other 1D riders would be moved up in the points as we would remove her from earning 4th place points in the 1D)
POINTS WILL BE CONSIDERED CORRECT AND OFFICIAL AS POSTED ON THE WEBSITE & AT EACH RACE.
If you feel the points shown are in error, you have up until 30 calendar days following the date of the race in question to challenge the points by contacting Renee Spiller.
Resolution of the matter will be the sole responsibility of Renee Spiller and all decisions are final.
No Points Awarded For Average Placings At Multi-Day Shows
All Ties For Year End Awards Will Be Broken By A Coin Toss
