WRAPN3 RULES

1. Entry forms MUST be filled out COMPLETELY.

2. ALL PRE-ENTRIES MUST be paid 30 MINUTES PRIOR to the start of the race or the number(s) will be released.

3. PRE-ENTERED EXHIBITIONS must be paid for 30 MINUTES PRIOR to the time frame they are signed up for or they will be released.

4. If you PRE-ENTER EXHIBITIONS & then fail to show up and take them without notifying the producer in a timely manner you will be billed for them & responsible for payment in full prior to competing in any Wrapn3 event.

5. Each contestant is responsible for running in the order announced by the announcer. If you run out of order you will receive a NO TIME.

6. ALL EXHIBITIONS must be taken by the person whose name is called by the announcer as noted on the run sheets.

Anybody taking exhibitions under another persons name will be fined $10 per infraction.

7. Contestant will be given 3 gate calls by the announcer or 90 seconds to get their horse into the arena or they will be declared a NO TIME by the announcer or arena director.

8. The arena director may have a NO TIME recorded for any contestant whose efforts or efforts of others to get a horse into the arena are declared UNSAFE TO ANY RIDER or ABUSIVE to the horse at anytime.

9. Wrapn3 WILL NOT TOLERATE ABUSE to a horse or UNSAFE HORSEMANSHIP by any person. Infractions will result in rider being asked to leave by the producer & any entry fees made by the rider will be forfeited.

10. A NO TIME will be recorded for any contestant who knocks over a barrel or fails to complete the cloverleaf pattern as declared by the arena director.

11. During a competition run you get ONE ATTEMPT at each barrel.  Any contestant who CIRCLES A BARREL TWICE or TAKES A SECOND ATTEMPT at any barrely will be FINED $20.

12.  Averages determined by adding your two run times together based on the same horse/rider combination.  Then splits will fall on one second increments. 

 13. Once You Are A Paid Entry You CANNOT Change Run Numbers or Scratch. Once you are paid there or NO REFUNDS.

 

14. You are responsible for running in the correct order as announced by the announcer.  Failure to do so will result in a NO TIME

 

15. If you run a horse on the wrong run number you are disqualified from Average Awards. 

 

16. We Run 2 Timers At All Times. If you have crossed the timer line to begin your run & you pull up because somebody yells for any reason or the display doesn't work you will not receive a re-run unless the arena director declares you were fouled or BOTH timers failed.

 

17.  All barrel races will be on a 5D format if there are 125 or more barrel racers.  If there are less than 125 barrel racers the payout will be on a 4D format.

18. The producer reserves the right to make any other needed decisions regarding issues not addressed in the aforementioned rules.
